For parents and alumnae in the US, we have partnered with the British Schools and Universities Foundation Inc (BSUF) as ‘US Friends of CLC’. This is a tax-efficient method of giving.
Transnational Giving Europe (TGE) is an initiative which facilitates tax-effective giving across national borders within Europe. Through TGE, CLC can set up a mechanism with individual European countries for receiving such donations, and currently we have an arrangement with Germany through the Maecenata Stiftung.
We are looking at the feasibility of forging similar links with other countries, so please contact us if you are interested in making a tax-effective donation from mainland Europe.
Your employer may be one of those who will match the gift that you make to a specific charity such as Cheltenham Ladies’ College.
